Whopper Paddleboard – More Stability, More Waves (Easy and Super Stable SUP Surfing)
The Whopper is the go-to board for beginners in SUP surfing and heavier riders who want to surf hard. With a rethought shape (thinner rails, Spice-inspired wing tail and refined rocker line), it offers more maneuverability , more down-the-line speed and impressive ease in catching waves . The increased nose kick helps recovery and makes it a forgiving but true performance board.
Shape evolution
Redesign that blends the best of the Spice and Whopper models for an overall leap in performance.
Super stable, high volume (more comfort, more waves)
Float & fun for everyone : with widths from 33” to 36” you have excellent stability. The wider flat deck increases balance, so you use less energy and can focus on catching more waves.
Key Features (Everything That Matters)
- Stable & Responsive : Wide nose and tail ensure balance; more refined rails improve maneuverability.
- Beveled Rails : Inspired by the Spice, the soft, beveled rails help you roll into turns despite the width. The bevel creates a thinner, pinched apex that requires less foot pressure to turn.
- Wing Tail : Comfort and performance combined. Learners benefit from the wider outline in front of the wing; heavier/advanced riders unlock more maneuverability behind the wing.
- Thin Tail : Thinner tail = less pressure to turn, more control and response in turns.
- Narrower Nose Outline : Paddle faster and straighter, reducing paddle contact on the bow. A narrower nose and thinner rails reduce the risk of “catching” the bow in turns.
-
5 Fin Setup : All three main sizes have a 5 fin setup with 4+1 and 2+1 possibilities.
Exception : In ASAP and Rhino builds the setup is 2+1 .
Board Sock included
The Board Sock reduces paper waste and protects your board from dust, scratches and UV . Made of stretch polyester, it adapts to various shapes and closes with a drawstring.

Q&A (Frequently Asked Questions)
Who is the Whopper designed for?
For first-time SUP surfers and heavier riders who want a stable board but capable of real maneuvers and speed on the waves.
Why is it so stable?
Because it works on widths of 33–36” , a wider flat deck and high volumes: more balance, less fatigue, more waves caught.
What changes in the new shape?
Thinner rails, Spice-inspired wing tail, narrower nose outline and refined rocker: result = more maneuverability , more speed and easier wave catching.
What fin setup can I use?
On the main versions you have a 5-fin setup with a choice of 4+1 or 2+1 . In the ASAP and Rhino builds the setup is 2+1 .
Which size do I choose?
11'0” x 36” if you want maximum volume and stability (up to 140 kg+).
10'0” x 34” is the most versatile and best-selling size (up to 120 kg).
9'0” x 33” if you want a shorter and more maneuverable board but still very stable (up to 110 kg).
When should you choose the Spice over the Whopper?
If you are looking for more performance in bigger waves and want a narrower nose: the 9'3” Spice is often the “go-to” choice.
The Whopper remains more comfortable and stable in small/medium waves.
