Wedge Paddleboard – Stable and high-performance SUP Surf (ideal for beginners and intermediates)
The Wedge Paddleboard is a versatile surfboard that performs well in a wide range of conditions, designed for beginner and intermediate riders. It has a narrower outline than the Whopper for superior maneuverability , but is more stable than the Spice for greater comfort . At 32” wide , it offers high-level surfing performance without sacrificing stability: you surf better and longer, with less fatigue.
Stability and performance (the Wedge formula)
The Wedge range includes two best-selling 32” sizes, designed to provide float and stability even for heavier riders, with a “pro” feel and response without compromising on volume and control.
Shape Features (Everything That Matters)
- Narrow nose + low rocker : narrower nose to generate more speed on the wave and turn more easily without “catching” the nose. The low nose rocker helps you enter the wave earlier and more easily .
- Thin rail profile : thin rails that define the ability to turn on the rail with less effort, for an ultra-responsive feel. Inspired by the Longboard range for extremely high response and reactivity.
- Rounded pin tail : Rounded pin tail to maximize turning ability on wide models, making the board lively and controllable when you back off to turn.
- Bottom shape : Generates lift, drive, and speed by channeling water from nose to tail; transitions to a double concave for sensitive rail-to-rail transitions from the midsection, and finishes with a vee tail for responsive pivots off the tail.
Fin setup (2+1 and 4+1)
- 2+1 : comfortable tracking on flats and good drive/control in surf.
- 4+1 : 4 side fins for quick acceleration and immediate down-the-line speed, reducing drag from the large center fin.
- 9'2” : only 2+1 .
- 8'7” : set up for 4+1 and 2+1 .
Board Sock (included)
The Board Sock reduces paper waste and protects your board from dust, scratches, and UV rays . Made of stretchy polyester, it adapts to various shapes and closes with a drawstring.

- 9'2” x 32” | 160 L – A top test performer: amazing control and response. Thin rails = less pressure to initiate turns. Ultra-responsive and sensitive.
- 8'7” x 32” | 143 L – Short, stable, and responsive. The thin rails make it feel like a narrower board, with a similar feel to the Airborn and Longboard ranges. Perfect for those who want to ride hard but still have stability for longer sessions.
Construction: Limited Series (Timeless look, solid performance)
- Twin fiberglass T-stringers on deck and bottom near the rails: greatly increased resistance against total breakage in surfing.
- Additional large 200g glass layer that wraps the rails: more resistance to paddle impacts and reinforcement against buckling.
- Deck with reinforced biax glass and Australian pine : resists heel dents and impacts in the standing area.
- Nose and tail reinforced with multiple layers of fiberglass: greater strength in the areas most subject to impacts.

Who is the Wedge suitable for?
It is perfect for beginner and intermediate riders who want a stable but high-performance surfboard, capable of performing in many conditions.
How is it different from the Whopper and Spice?
It has a narrower outline than the Whopper for greater maneuverability, but is more stable than the Spice for superior comfort. It's the perfect balance between ease and performance.
Why doesn’t 32” width penalize surfing?
Because the Wedge combines thin rails , a rounded pin tail and an advanced bottom (double concave + vee tail) that maintain responsiveness and control even with greater stability.
What fin setup can I use?
The 2+1 is comfortable for flat-water tracking and offers drive/control in the surf. The 4+1 provides immediate acceleration and speed by reducing center fin drag. The 9'2" is 2+1 only, while the 8'7" supports 4+1 and 2+1.
Which size should I choose between 9'2” and 8'7”?
9'2” 160 L if you want more volume and an extremely responsive board thanks to the thin rails (50–100 kg).
8'7” 143 L if you want a stable and “sensitive” shortboard, with thruster/quad options (45–95 kg).
Is the Board Sock included?
Yes: it protects from dust, scratches and UV rays and reduces packaging waste.
