This is Harley's favorite fin set, tuned to work on longer boards and promote a more progressive mid-length surfing style. HI also uses this set on other hybrid shapes. The HI Mid set can be applied to any mid-length with a Tri-Quad setup.
The set includes the Reactor Large thruster template and the Performer Medium quad rear fins. As a thruster, this pivoting set promotes tighter-radius turns on these longer boards, thanks to the vertical nature of the fins. As a quad set, it will give a fast, smooth, and predictable feel, promoting more prolonged turns. Both configurations are designed to offer a feeling of control, with the freedom to surf radically on a mid-length.
Harley's Tri-Quad Mid set is built with our PC AirCore technology, stiff enough to handle the extra torque of these longer boards, while offering a fast and responsive feel in turns.
