Overview
The SE template was developed by Marcio Zouvi and belongs to the Accelerator family. It was refined with the help of the elite SE team, including Kanoa Igarashi. The profile is in fact very similar to the Performer and Accelerator templates, with a touch more taper and a little less area in the tip. Recently updated with carbon fabric inserts and AirCore construction, the SE fin is stiffer than the original version, allowing it to harness more power and speed when pushed to the max in a turn.
This all-rounder releases a little more quickly and is slightly more slippery compared to the Performer/Accelerator, but its flat inside face allows it to respond very quickly at the start of a turn. It is perfect for lightweight or medium-weight surfers who surf fast and love to stay lively on their feet.
