The Cohort I is the base shortboard of the range, fast and free in its handling. Built on a rocker line used in many of the HS shortboards, it allows for quick and effortless flow from one turn to the next.
Construction - TET CS (Carbon Strip)
The TET-CS, or Carbon Strip, is the evolution of the Revolutionary Torq Epoxy Technology: the same advanced TET process with a performance-oriented lamination. The carbon strip allows for a reduction in lamination thickness while maintaining strength and stiffness, for lighter but equally solid boards.
All TET-CS boards also have a sandwich wood layer between the two biaxial layers of the deck: an extremely impact-resistant composite, without the excessive stiffness usually associated with strength.
