CONDITIONS OF SALE
The offer and sale of products on the website zzsurf.com.com are governed by these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The Seller, TwoSide Srl offers for sale, on zzsurf.com, products and conducts its electronic commerce business.
The products purchased on zzsurf.com are sold directly by Twoside Srl, with registered office in Italy, Via Mameli 48 , 21013 Gallarate (VA) - P.Iva IT12886450969.

HOW TO CONCLUDE THE CONTRACT WITH ZZSURF
In order to conclude the contract for the purchase of one or more products on Zzsurf.com, you must complete the order form electronically and submit it to the Seller, electronically, following the relevant instructions.
The order form contains a summary of information about the essential characteristics of each product ordered and its price (including all applicable taxes or duties), the means of payment you may use to purchase each product and the method of delivery of the products purchased, shipping and delivery costs, a reference to the conditions for exercising your right of withdrawal, and the manner and timeframe for returning the products purchased.
The contract is concluded when the Seller receives, electronically, the order form, after checking that the data relating to your order is correct.
Before proceeding with the purchase of the products, by transmission of the order form, you will be asked to read carefully the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Right of Withdrawal Policy.
The order form will be stored in our database for the period of time necessary to process orders and otherwise within the terms of the law.
Before the order form is transmitted, you will also be asked to identify and correct any data entry errors.
When the contract is completed, ZZSurf will take over the 'purchase order.
In the event that products, presented on zzsurf.com, are no longer available or on sale at the time you submit your order form, it will be the responsibility of the Seller to notify you of any unavailability of the products ordered. If you submit your order form and pay the price, the Seller will refund you what has already been advanced within 30 business days.
By submitting your order form electronically, you unconditionally accept and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions of Sale in your dealings with the Seller. If you do not agree with any of the terms set forth in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, do not submit your order form for the purchase of products on zzsurf.com .
By submitting an order form, you confirm that you understand and accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the additional information contained in Zzsurf.com, also referred to through links, including the General Terms and Conditions of Use and the Privacy Policy and Right of Withdrawal Policy.
GUARANTEES AND INDICATIONS OF PRODUCT PRICES
On zzsurf.com only brand-name, top-quality products are offered for sale. These products are purchased directly by the Seller from manufacturers and distributors carefully selected for their rigorous quality controls.
The Seller does not sell irregular products or products of lower quality than the corresponding standards offered in the market.
The essential characteristics of the products are presented on zzsurf.com within each product sheet. However, the images and colors of the products offered for sale on zzsurf.com may not match the actual ones due to the effect of the Internet browser and monitor used.
Product prices may be subject to updates. Make sure of the final sale price before submitting the relevant order form.
All products carry identification tags. The Seller, in case of exercise of the right of withdrawal by the user, has the right not to accept the return of products that are without the relevant tag or that have been altered in their essential and qualitative characteristics or that have been damaged.
Purchase requests from countries not included among those in which shipping is provided cannot be accepted by the Seller.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 (fourteen) days, starting from the day of receipt of the products purchased on zzsurf.com .
In this case, you must return the products to the Seller by handing them over to the courier for shipment within 14 (fourteen) days starting from when you received the products.
The only charges to you are the shipping charges for returning the purchased products.
Should you decide to use the forwarding agent indicated by ZZSurf, you must, however, personally pay the charges, which are your responsibility, for the return of the purchased products.
In case you decide to use a shipper other than the courier company indicated by ZZSurf, you will have to pay the charges yourself. You will remain responsible for any liability in case of loss of or damage to the products during transport.
The Right of Withdrawal - in addition to compliance with the terms and procedures described in the preceding points - is understood to be properly exercised if the following conditions are also fully complied with: presence of the security seal and manufacturer's labels intact and attached to the product; the products must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use; the products must be returned with all original labels, packaging and accessories (tags, dust covers, hangers, garment covers, hygienic protection, etc.); and the products must be returned with all original labels, packaging and accessories (tags, dust covers, hangers, garment covers, hygienic protection, etc.).) received with the order; footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product (in the case of audio CDs, books, design objects, the package must be sealed as originally; if you want to return a kit, you must return all the items that make it up); product boxes must not be damaged or ruined, nor used as outer packaging. Refund is issued in the form of a wire transfer for the full amount of the products. If the payment for the products was made by paypal transaction, the refund can be made through paypal's refund procedure.
The amounts will be refunded to you in the shortest time possible and, in any case, within 30 (thirty) days from the date on which the ZZSurf became aware of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, we will activate the refund procedures, once verified the correct execution of the terms and conditions stated above.
If the procedures and terms for exercising your right of withdrawal, as specified in this paragraph, are not complied with, you will not be entitled to a refund of the sums already paid to ZZSurf; however, you may re-obtain, at your expense, the products in the state in which they were returned to the Seller. Otherwise, ZZSurf may retain the products in addition to the amounts already paid for their purchase.
MODIFICATION AND UPDATING
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall also be amended from time to time in consideration of any regulatory changes. The new General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be effective from the date of publication in zzsurf.com
