Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the products purchased on zzsurf.com, pursuant to and in accordance with articles 52 et seq. of D.Lgs. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), as amended by D.Lgs. 21/2014 as amended.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify the Seller of your will within the period indicated above and return the products by entrusting them to the courier for shipment within and no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt.

The only costs to be borne by you are the shipping costs for the return of the purchased products, pursuant to Article 57 of the Consumer Code.

If you choose to use the courier indicated by ZZSurf, you will still have to pay the return shipping costs yourself. On the other hand, if you decide to rely on a different courier, you will still be responsible for paying the shipping costs, as well as the liability in case of loss or damage of the products during transport.

Conditions for properly exercising the right of withdrawal (art. 57 D.Lgs. 206/2005):

• Products must be returned with the manufacturer's security seal and labels intact and attached;
• Products must not have been worn, washed, altered, or show signs of use;
• Products must be returned complete with all original labels, packaging, and accessories (tags, dust covers, hangers, garment covers, hygienic protection, etc.), and must be returned intact.) received with the order;
• Footwear and accessories must be returned in their original box, which is considered an integral part of the product (for audio CDs, books, designer items, the box must be sealed as originally; for kits, all items must be returned);
• The original product boxes should not be damaged or used as outer packaging. We recommend using ZZSurf packaging or other appropriate for the type of products received;
• Products must be returned in one shipment.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised by following the procedures and terms indicated, the Seller will refund the amount paid for the products purchased, in the manner and timeframe provided by law (art. 56 D.Lgs. 206/2005). The refund will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

The refund will be made without undue delay and in any case within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which ZZSurf became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, without prejudice to ZZSurf's right to withhold the refund until it has received the goods or until the consumer has demonstrated that he/she has returned them (art. 56 paragraph 3 D.Lgs. 206/2005).

If the terms and conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal are not met, you will not be entitled to a refund. You will, however, be able to re-obtain, at your expense, the products in the state in which they were returned to the Seller. Otherwise, ZZSurf may retain both the products and the amounts already paid.
