How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on the type of products ordered, address, and payment method selected. During sales and promotional sales, delivery time may be slightly longer than usual due to heavy traffic.

On each item you will find the following wording:

- Last piece available = hurry, this is the last piece available in our warehouses, it may be restocked but at the moment this eventuality is not foreseen

 

- Available = item is available at Italian warehouse (Varese), after payment delivery time is 24 to 72 hours

- Contact us for availability = the item is not in the Italian warehouse, as for accessories the item you are looking for is available at foreign warehouses and delivery time can vary from 4 to 30 days. Regarding boards and sails the product may be out of stock, please contact us to info@zzsurf.com per check the actual availability

 

Holidays and warehouse closures

Our warehouses are always operational on working days.

 

Orders completed on a holiday or the previous day may take longer for delivery.

 

Rules and restrictions for shipping

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Italy. We usually avoid shipments on Fridays or pre-holidays to prevent the goods from being left in the hands of the courier more than the necessary time.

Every delivery must be signed for upon receipt.

It is important to sign with "control reserve" on delivery in case of both standard and insured shipment, in case of damage to the packaging it is important to report them with a brief description on the courier's delivery document (eg: open packaging, broken packaging, exposed goods, etc...), it is also recommended to take some photos. 

Even in case of insured shipment, without such reservation, in case of damage or missing items in the shipment, replacement/addition/refund of damaged/missing items will not be possible. Signing the delivery note with an "OK" terminates any liability of ZZSurf.com and the carrier for any missing or damaged goods. Affixing the signature on the courier's delivery document without specifying any reservation implies that the delivery was made without any problem and that the goods were normally checked and terminates any liability of ZZSurf.com and the courier for any missing or damaged goods.

 

If you choose to receive the goods by "Standard" shipping, in case of damage or loss of the goods, there is no the replacement/integration/refund of the goods but there is a refund of € 10 per kg of actual weight only if during delivery was signed the receipt with specific control reserve (thus specifying the nature of the obvious damage).

 

If by seeing the condition of the packaging you believe that the goods are unavoidably damaged you should refuse the delivery.

 

No deliveries are made to post office boxes.

In case of logistical difficulties  in the  consegna  in  alcune  &areas  difficult to reach, we reserve the right to cancel your order and/or subject your order to additional Terms and Conditions (e.g. require a supplement on the shipping cost). If you cancel your order or have difficulty processing it, you will be notified as soon as the problem is identified.

What should I do if I receive products other than those ordered?

If you placed an order and received the wrong items, please Contact Us. We will be happy to help you with the return or refund request process. If you receive a product of the wrong size, you can return it, just log in ZZSurf.com under the RETURNS AND GUARANTEES section and request a return.

I haven't received my order yet, what should I do?

If you have already looked up the shipping timelines for your area at the link you received by email and find that there is a particular delay or you never received the email with the tracking link, your order may be having problems, in which case contact us and together we will find a solution to the problem.

If you received an email informing you of the cancellation of your order, it means that you will not receive the goods. You should receive an email notice explaining the reason for the cancellation. The reasons can be different, so if you have any doubts, it is always best to contact us.

It is possible that the products ordered come from different warehouses with different delivery times, in this case you may receive a partial shipment and then the remaining goods, if you have any doubts it is always best to contact us.

What should I do on delivery?

Check the box well. Always sign by placing a reservation, specifying the reason. Example: Damaged Neck/Wet Neck/Neck with tampered seals etc. In case the package is outwardly undamaged, please affix a signature with "goods inspection reserve".

How can I check the status of the order or shipment?

You can track your order using the link within the shipment confirmation email you received from the carrier.

Be careful, automated emails are often detected as Spam, check your inbox in the Spam folder.

How much does shipping cost?

the cost is variable depending on the volume and weight of the goods and ranges from a minimum of 10€. To know the exact amount, simply put the products in the cart, you will be able to see the shipping cost before confirming the order.

When will I receive shipment tracking?

By midnight of the day the order was processed.

Why is my order delayed?

We always do our best to ensure that the goods are shipped as soon as possible, but unforeseen events can happen. To know the details of the delay, it is always best to contact us.

Can I pick up the goods in person?

Of course, if you want to pick up your order at our warehouse in Varese, you can do so, just, when ordering, select "Pickup at ZZSurf warehouse".

The warehouse is operational during the hours described in this link for the collection of goods it is recommended to make an appointment by calling +39 0332.1888103. The warehouse is not always manned, if you show up without an appointment you may find it closed, in this case we advise you to contact us by phone.
