The offer and sale of products on the zzsurf.com.com website are governed by these General Conditions of Sale.
The Seller, Gate T1, offers the products for sale on zzsurf.com and carries out its e-commerce activity.
The products purchased on zzsurf.com are sold directly by Gate T1 Srl, with registered office in Italy, Via Sanvito Silvestro 103, 21100 Varese, VAT 02929030126.

HOW TO CONCLUDE THE CONTRACT WITH ZZSURF

To conclude the purchase contract for one or more products on Zzsurf.com, you will need to fill out the order form in electronic format and send it to the Seller, electronically, following the relative instructions.
The order form contains a summary of information on the essential characteristics of each product ordered and the relative price (including all applicable taxes or duties), the means of payment that you can use to purchase each product and the delivery methods of the purchased products, shipping and delivery costs, a reference to the conditions for exercising your right of withdrawal and the methods and times for returning the products purchased.

The contract is concluded when the Seller receives the order form electronically, after verifying the correctness of the data relating to your order.

Before proceeding with the purchase of the products, by sending the order form, you will be asked to carefully read the General Conditions of Sale and the information on the right of withdrawal.
The order form will be archived in our database for the period of time necessary to process orders and in any case within the terms of the law.

Before proceeding with the transmission of the order form, you will also be asked to identify and correct any data entry errors.

Once the contract is concluded, Gate T1 Srl will take charge of the purchase order.

If the products presented on zzsurf.com are no longer available or on sale when the order form is sent, the Seller will inform you of the unavailability of the products ordered.In case of forwarding the order form and payment of the price, the Seller will refund you what has already been anticipated within 30 working days.
With the electronic transmission of the order form, you unconditionally accept and undertake to observe, in relations with the Seller, these General Conditions of Sale. If you do not share some of the terms set out in the General Conditions of Sale, do not submit the order form for the purchase of products on zzsurf.com.

By submitting the order form you confirm that you know and accept the General Conditions of Sale and the additional information contained in Zzsurf.com, also referred to via links, including the General Conditions of Use and the Privacy Policy and the Information on the right of withdrawal.

WARRANTIES AND INDICATIONS OF PRODUCT PRICES

On zzsurf.com only branded and top quality products are offered for sale. These products are purchased directly from the Seller from manufacturers and distributors carefully selected for their rigorous quality controls.

The Seller does not sell irregular products or products of lower quality than the corresponding standards offered on the market.
The essential characteristics of the products are presented on zzsurf.com within each product sheet. However, the images and colors of the products offered for sale on zzsurf.com may not correspond to the real ones due to the effect of the Internet browser and the monitor used.

Product prices may be subject to updates. Make sure of the final sale price before submitting the relevant order form.

All products come with an identification tag. The Seller, in case of exercise of the right of withdrawal by the user, has the right not to accept the return of products that do not have the relative tag or that have been altered in their essential and qualitative characteristics or that have been damaged.
Purchase requests from countries not included in those in which shipping is expected will not be accepted by the Seller.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 (fourteen) days, starting from the day of receipt of the products purchased on zzsurf.com.

In this case, you must return the products to the Seller by delivering them to the courier for shipment within 14 (fourteen) days from when you received the products.

The only costs to be paid by you are those for the return of the purchased products.

If you decide to use the forwarding agent indicated by ZZSurf, you will have to pay the costs of returning the purchased products directly.
If you decide to use a forwarder other than the courier indicated by ZZSurf, you will have to pay the costs in person.Any responsibility in case of loss or damage of the products during transport will remain at your expense.

The Right of Withdrawal - in addition to compliance with the terms and procedures described in the previous points - is understood to be exercised correctly if the following conditions are also fully respected: presence of the manufacturer's security seal and labels intact and attached to the product; the products must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use; the products must be returned with all the original labels, packages and accessories (tags, dust covers, hangers, clothes covers, hygienic protection, etc.) received together with the order;the footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product (in the case of audio CDs, books, design objects, the package must be sealed as originally; if you want to return a kit, you must return all the items that make it up; product boxes must not be damaged or ruined, nor used as external packaging. In this regard, the customer should use the ZZSurf packaging or other packaging suitable for the type of products received; returned products must be sent to the Seller in a single shipment.
If the Right of Withdrawal is exercised following the methods and terms indicated in this paragraph, the Seller will reimburse any sums already collected for the purchase of the products according to the methods and terms established by law. The refund is issued in the form of a bank transfer for the full amount of the products. If the payment of the products was made with a paypal transaction, the refund can be made through the paypal refund procedure.
The sums will be refunded to you in the shortest possible time and, in any case, within 30 (thirty) days from the date on which the ZZSurf became aware of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, we will activate the refund procedures once verified the correct execution of the terms and conditions indicated above.
If the methods and terms for exercising your right of withdrawal are not respected, as specified in this paragraph, you will not be entitled to a refund of the sums already paid to ZZSurf; however, you can get back, at your expense, the products in the state in which they were returned to the Seller. Otherwise, ZZSurf will be able to retain the products, in addition to the sums already paid for their purchase.

MODIFICATION AND UPDATE

The General Conditions of Sale are modified from time to time also in consideration of any regulatory changes. The new General Conditions of Sale will be effective from the date of publication on zzsurf.com
