How long does delivery take?
Shipping times depend on the type of products ordered, the address and the payment method selected. During sales and promotional sales, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual due to the intense traffic.
On each article you will find the following words:
- Last piece available = hurry up, this is the last piece available in our warehouses, it could be restocked but at the moment this possibility is not foreseen
- Available = the item is available at the Italian warehouse (Varese), after payment the delivery times range from 24 to 72 hours
- Made to order = the item is not present in the Italian warehouse, as far as accessories are concerned, the item you are looking for is available at foreign warehouses and delivery times can vary from 4 to 10 days. As for the boards and sails, the product may be out of stock, we recommend contacting us at email@example.com to check the real availability

Our warehouses are always operational on working days.
Orders completed on a holiday or the previous day may take longer to deliver.
Shipping rules and restrictions
Orders are shipped only on working days. Working days are from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Italy. Usually we avoid shipments on Fridays or on public holidays to avoid that the goods are left in the courier's hand for longer than necessary.
Each delivery must be signed on receipt.
It is important to sign with "reserve of control" on delivery both in the case of standard and insured shipping, in the event of damage to the packaging it is important to report them with a brief description on the courier's delivery document (eg: open packaging, packaging broken, exposed goods, etc ...), it is also recommended to take some photos. Even in the case of insured shipping, without this reservation, in the event of damage or missing items in the shipment, it will not be possible to replace / integrate / refund the damaged / missing products. Placing the signature on the delivery document with an "OK" terminates any liability of ZZSurf.com and the courier for any missing or damaged goods. Placing the signature on the courier's delivery document without specifying any reservations implies that the delivery took place without any problem and that the goods were normally checked and terminates any responsibility of ZZSurf.com and the courier for any missing goods or damaged.
By choosing to receive the goods with dispatch "Standard", in case of damage or loss of the goods, is not expected to change / integration / redemption of goods but a planned repayment of € 10 for every kg of real weight only if during the delivery the receipt was signed with specific control reserve (thus specifying the nature of the evident damage).
If, seeing the conditions of the packaging, it is believed that the goods are inevitably damaged, it is advisable to refuse delivery.
No deliveries are made to PO boxes.
In the event of logistical difficulties in delivery in some areas that are difficult to reach, we reserve the right to cancel your order and / or to subject the order to further Terms and Conditions (for example, request a supplement on the shipping cost). In case of cancellation of the order or difficulty in processing it, you will receive a notification as soon as the problem has been identified.
What should I do if I receive products other than those ordered?
If you placed an order and received the wrong items, please contact us. We will be happy to assist you in the return process or in the refund request. I have not yet received my order. What should I do?

Se hai ricevuto una email che ti informa della cancellazione del tuo ordine, vuol dire che non riceverai la merce. Dovresti ricevere una comunicazione via email che spiega il motivo della cancellazione. I motivi possono essere diversi, per qualsiasi dubbio è sempre meglio contattarci.
E' possibile che i prodotti ordinati provengano da magazzini diversi con tempi di consegna diversi, in questo caso potresti ricevere una spedizione parziale e successivamente la merce restante, per qualsiasi dubbio è sempre meglio contattarci.
Cosa devo fare alla consegna?
Controlla bene la scatola. Firma sempre apponendo una riserva, specificandone il motivo. Esempio: Collo danneggiato/Collo Bagnato/ Collo con sigilli manomessi etc. In caso il collo sia esteriormente integro, apponi una firma con “riserva di controllo merci”.
Quanto costa la spedizione?
La spedizione standard è gratuita per tutte le destinazioni italiane su tutti gli ordini con una spesa di almeno 40€. Per gli acquisti di importo inferiore il costo è di 6,90€
In che modo posso verificare lo stato dell'ordine o della spedizione?
Puoi rintracciare il tuo ordine utilizzando il link all’interno dell’email di conferma della spedizione che hai ricevuto dal vettore.
Fai attenzione, spesso le email automatiche vengono rilevate come Spam, controlla nella tua casella di posta elettronica nella cartella Spam.
Quando riceverò il tracking di spedizione?
Entro la mezzanotte del giorno in cui è stato evaso l’ordine.
