The tail has been refined to become sharper and is equipped with thruster fin boxes : so the Generation works really well in surf and on ocean swell , without losing the ability to slide quickly in touring and to turn well in the buoys in racing.

• Controlled Glide : fairly parallel outline for predictable and controlled glide; bow with rapid acceleration in sprints, “floats” high on the water.
• Tapering tail square : Allows for responsive surf turns and fast buoy turns.
• Round Vee Bottom Shape : Raises the board for faster acceleration and higher top speed; rides smoothly over chop and handles changeable conditions well.
• Deep double concave : supports the Round Vee with stability underfoot .
• Bungee tie-down in front of the standing area: convenient and accessible for loading gear when touring and cruising.
• Constant rail thickness : balance of glide from nose to tail; the Generation is thinner than a classic touring/race board, making it lighter to handle and easier to carry .
• Rail tuck edge : Round rails on the bow to avoid nose catch; more defined in the center for a stable platform; sharp edge at the tail for carving in the surf.
• Gradual nose kick : reduces sinkage in surf and downwind, and helps lift on chop when upwind; fast curved rocker on flats, fluid in surf and very capable in rough water.

Is the 2-in-1 shoulder carry strap included?
