RRD Pocket Wing
The RRD Pocket Wing is made from an ultra-lightweight 32g/m² nylon fabric and features of Dyneema SK99 lines divided into three colors to easily identify the different bridle sets: orange for the front (A), blue for the center (B) and yellow for the back (C).
What makes the Pocket Wing truly unique is the unique central pulley automatic trim system , an RRD innovation unprecedented on the market. This system drastically reduces wing nervousness, absorbs gusts and ensures smoother, more progressive and controlled power delivery. Sudden pulls are minimized, helping the rider maintain balance and stability, while maximizing performance.
Designed to take you downwind easily on both lake and sea, the Pocket Wing opens up a new way of Surf the waves in complete freedom. It's a true fusion between a paraglider and a wingfoil : It allows you to go upwind to intercept the waves and, once surfing, it can be simply stalled and folded for hands-free cruising.
Excellent upwind performance gets you where you need to go; when it's time to surf, Just close it and enjoy the ride. For the best experience, we recommend pairing it with RRD Beluga ML or Narwhal , along with a Moonfish 1350 or 1900 front foil. More advanced riders can choose the Flying Fish series, faster and more responsive. Always use the leash.
