Forged Carbon VT Joint
The forged carbon VT Joint increases the contact area between boom and mast, reduces the risk of point loads and minimizes any play in the mast–boom connection. It is compatible with any standard SDM mast and allows for simple, precise and stable boom height adjustment, always maintaining a very direct power transfer.
Oversized Mast Cup
The forged carbon mast cup creates two points of contact between the mast cup and the mast, ensuring a tight fit and excellent power transmission. The V-profile accommodates variations in standard shaft diameters: slightly thinner ones penetrate deeper into the V, wider ones remain further out, always ensuring a clean engagement.
Loop-to-Hook Outhaul System
The “loop-to-hook” clew system ensures low friction and no crossing of the lines, leaving the sail free to move without jamming. The system is completed by high quality Dyneema lines and an integrated lever in the front end, which makes rigging/derigging easier while maintaining a solid connection.
XC Wave Tail
The XC Wave tail is a custom monocoque tail in pre-preg carbon, with a hollow box profile and square section for maximum stiffness and strength.
