The NeilPryde Carbon Pro 26 E is the direct successor to the XC Freerace, updated in look and construction to offer the same precision as the Carbon Pro 27 wave booms, but with a slimmer, more comfortable diameter, between approximately 26.5 and 28.5 mm.
Thanks to its high torsional stiffness and square tail profile, this boom guarantees immediate sail control and a superior feeling of comfort, allowing you to sail longer with less fatigue on high-performance freerace and freeride setups.

VT Joint
The VT Joint increases the contact area between the boom and the mast, reducing the risk of point loads and minimizing play in the connection. It is compatible with any standard SDM mast and allows for simple and precise boom height adjustment while maintaining very direct power transmission.
Forged Carbon Mast Cup
The mast cup provides two points of contact between the mast and boom, creating a strong and stable connection for excellent power transmission. The V-profile accommodates the differences in diameter of standard shafts: slightly thinner shafts insert deeper, wider ones remain further out, always maintaining a precise insertion.
Teardrop Cross-Section Grip
The teardrop profile replicates the natural shape of the palm and fingers, ensuring a very comfortable grip and reducing the effort required to maintain control of the rig. The ovalization and the specific section increase the torsional rigidity of the arms, improving stability and reactivity especially at high speeds.
Loop-to-Hook Outhaul System
The “loop-to-hook” clew system reduces friction and prevents the lines from crossing, leaving the sail free to move without snagging. The entire system is supported by high-quality Dyneema lines to ensure smooth glide, strength and durability.
