Simmer Style Team Carbon Project

The lightest and most performance-oriented wave sail ever created by Simmer

The Team Carbon Project began as soon as Marc returned to the Simmer Style team at the beginning of 2024. Our goal was to leverage the features of new premium materials to create the most performance-oriented and lightweight wave sail ever produced by Simmer.

The new carbon scrim material allowed us to completely redesign the panel layout, reinforcements, and the curves of the foot. In close collaboration with the factory and suppliers, we introduced new manufacturing techniques and carbon scrim specifications to achieve a stronger and lighter structure.

Not only lighter: the new Team Carbon is also more durable thanks to welded (rather than sewn) carbon scrim reinforcements and patches in key areas such as the foot and head. The boom section has been completely redesigned with overlapping panels and carbon fibers in different orientations for even more efficient load distribution and maximum strength.

We have also added carbon scrim batten pockets to radically improve control and stability of the sail.

Shipping Costs
  • Italy: Free shipping on orders over $50. For lower orders, a shipping charge may apply.
  • EU countries: Cost starts from €24.90 for orders under €200, the price however may vary depending on country and volume of products. The exact calculation is displayed during checkout.
  • For bulky products (boards, sails, foils, SUPs, kayaks, etc.) a surcharge may be required. It will always be clearly communicated prior to order confirmation.
